Mateus Rosé is a rosé wine of very appealing and brilliant color. Overall, it is a fresh and seductive wine with good aromatic intensity and all the joviality of young wines. In the mouth, it is a very balanced and tempting wine, brilliantly complemented by a soft and slightly sparkle finish.
It is ideal for an aperitif, to accompany a refreshing moment of the day. It also comes with fine light meals, various fish and seafood, white meats, grilled meats and salads.Its unique features make it also ideal for serving with pasta and various Italian dishes, and accompanies magnificently various Asian, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisines.
